Hi-Shine Inks Private Limited is a writing Inks & printing inks manufacturing company, offering writing & printing solutions in the form of its varied Product ranges across all segments of the domestic as well as the International Market.

We offer ASTM D- 4236, EN 71- 3, Swiss Regulations & REACH regulations approved inks.

PROMOTER

The pioneer founder and Promoter, Mr.Nitin C. Mehta, a Business Management Graduate, envisioning the future of packaging Industry, promoted a small scale unit "Vasant Colour and Chemicals " at Bilimora in 1974 and turned it into a profit centre in the very first year.

In 1984, a second group company "Hi-Shine Inks Private Limited" was floated with a vision of diversification and looking at potential of Writing Instruments Industry. The core areas of the company are manufacturing Ball Point Refill Inks, Sketch Pen Inks, High lighter Inks, Roller Ball Inks, Fine Liner Inks, Permanent Marker Inks, Fountain Pen Inks and Stamp Pad Inks.

2nd unit of Hi-Shine Inks (formerly Utility Inks Pvt. Ltd.) came in existence in year 1991.

Dynamism of Mr. Nitin C. Mehta led the company to win several awards for outstanding achievement in the field of writing instruments industry. The company has won the prestigious export award for eleven successive years since 1998.

Mr. Mehta is awarded with INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARD FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT by the hands of Mr. Murali Manohar Joshi.

Hi-Shine Inks is Govt of India recognized STAR EXPORT HOUSE.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The company is engaged in several Social and Welfare activities in the form of Free Medical Aid Programmes, donation to Rotary International to "eradicate Polio Program". The company is actively engaged in providing support to Charitable Institute of Socially Deprived Segment of society in various Asian Countries.

Moreover the company is engaged in a drive to fight illiteracy. The Year 2002 marked a new milestone in the annals of HI-SHINE when it constructed a school in the memory of late Mrs. Gita Nitin Mehta. Presently, the school has the enrolment of 2400 girls.

Keeping its tradition of being a good corporate citizen, we made donation to start CBSE School in Borivali (Mumbai) which is successfully started. The nursery & Primary section is named after Late Mrs. Gita Mehta.

Moreover the company provides free note books, text books and other learning material to the needy children.
